Bob has a background in mechanical technology, conventional and organic farming, business and sales management. He has owned and operated businesses in electronics, metalworking, marine sales and service, boat building, re-manufacturing of outboard marine engines, commercial fishing, and organic farming.
Bob’s encounter with biochar has brought his Cape Cod’s infertile piece of land into a productive organic farm. Biochar was pivotal to his success, and his blueberries, market vegetables, and his famous plump Eastham Turnips are just half the story.

Years of innovation and experience designing, fabricating, machining, and assembling mechanical and electrical devices of all kinds, combined with a keen eye for organizational efficiency has brought Ryan to his position in our assembly shop. With his mastery of many skills, He oversees construction of our many products as well as designing and building the machines that make the machines.

From a young age, Chris has been passionate about everything electrical or mechanical. From high speed remote control vehicles to ham radios to highly modified trucks and tractors, he will assemble, modify, add to, and explain to you how it works.
